
Charred Summer Corn with Olive Oil
Fresh summer corn grilled until tender and charred, bringing out its natural sweetness. Brushed simply with olive oil and sea salt, it is the perfect smoky side dish for any backyard barbecue.

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the grill
Set an outdoor grill or grill pan to high heat and let it preheat for at least 5 minutes.
Step 2: Oil the corn
Brush each shucked ear of corn generously with the 2 tbsp of olive oil. Lightly season with a pinch of the salt.
Step 3: Grill the corn
Place the corn on the hot grates. Cook for 10–15 minutes, turning every 2–3 minutes, until kernels are tender with a deep char in spots.
Step 4: Finish and serve
Remove from heat. Sprinkle with the remaining salt or your favorite seasonings to taste and serve hot.
