Vegan Cashew Parmesan Sprinkle

A savory, nutty dairy-free parmesan alternative made from raw cashews and nutritional yeast. It takes just minutes to blend and adds a perfect cheesy finish to pasta, pizza, popcorn and salads.

Instructions

Step 1: Blend to a fine crumble

Add the raw cashews, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder and salt to a food processor or spice grinder. Pulse to a uniform, fine crumb—be careful to stop before it turns into cashew butter.

Step 2: Store and use

Transfer to a sealed jar and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks. Sprinkle generously over pasta, pizza, salads or popcorn.
